"My little house": cozy two-room apartment, bright and comfortable. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recent building, surrounded by greenery. Large living room with open kitchen, enjoyable balconies overlooking the greenery surrounding the condominium. Comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine. Spacious double room with desk corner. Fast internet connection and TV. Other things to note 🇮🇹 English – House Rules For 2 guests, only the double bed is prepared. If you would like separate beds, there is an extra charge and it must be requested at least 1 working day in advance. As required by Italian law, we need the identity documents of all guests. We ask you to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize the check-in. No additional guests are allowed beyond those indicated in the reservation. Before check-out (by 10:00 a.m.), remember to wash the dishes, turn off lights and air conditioners, and throw away the trash. The cleaning included is ordinary.
