The room is in an 4-room, 2-bathroom Haaus Coliving apartment, which has shared common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms). Before booking, you will have to accept the apartment's coliving rules. The space Newly renovated apartment in a 19th century building, with high ceilings and original 3 meter high windows with double insulation and balconies with direct views to Ferran street, right in front of the entrance of Plaça Reial. An area full of leisure, restaurants and supermarkets. Due to its central location, there is a lot of pedestrian activity outside. Guest access The guest can use all the common areas of the apartment, including the living room, bathrooms, terrace, appliances and amenities. All the rooms have key-locking mechanisms. The assistance of the community facilitator is required for check-in. During your stay Community facilitators will be available to assist clients throughout their entire stay, either in person or digitally. Assistance hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, including 24-hour emergency assistance. Additionally, there is a chat group where flatmates can communicate with each other. If there are any maintenance issues, clients can contact their community facilitator or use the maintenance form located in the fridge.
