If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in the city, our flat is the perfect choice for you. The Malasaña neighbourhood is known for its bohemian and alternative atmosphere, full of vintage shops, charming bars and restaurants. You'll also be just a few minutes' walk from some of Madrid's most iconic landmarks, such as Gran Vía and Plaza de España. Features my guests enjoy: - Central location in a trendy area popular with young people, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. - Well served by public transport, with several metro and bus lines nearby, making it easy to get around the city. - Close to tourist attractions such as Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol and the Chueca neighbourhood, making it ideal for those who want to explore the city. - Plenty of cultural offerings, with theatres, museums, art galleries and cinemas, making the area a perfect place for art and culture lovers. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. It also has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric boiler, heating (heat pump), air conditioning and ceiling fans. Other IMPORTANT features to note: - Despite being a very popular area, it can be somewhat noisy and bustling, especially at weekends and evenings. - The area is quite busy, which can result in a constant flow of people and traffic on nearby streets. - Parking availability in the area can be limited, so if travelling by car, parking may be difficult to find. - IMPORTANT: this is a 3rd floor apartment without a lift. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat.
