This charming 120 m² air-conditioned house in Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot can accommodate up to 10 people. It has an attractive 29 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². Bed linen is included. We're waiting for you! The space The accommodation comprises Day area: - A 29 m² living room with TV and sitting area - Open-plan kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: Double bed - Bedroom 2: A mezzanine with a double bed and three single beds - Shower room with adjoining WC First floor: - Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - Bedroom 4: Single bed with desk For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot. Outside: - A lovely 50 m² enclosed garden - A covered terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The property is very peaceful and set in the middle of nature. It is in an exceptional setting on the banks of two rivers and in the heart of unspoilt countryside with remarkable biodiversity. A greenway on the edge of the property completes the picture, allowing you to discover the surrounding countryside in a gentle way, by bike, on foot or inline skates. You can also fish on the Lot and on the peninsula, a unique spot on the river between two waters. Activities : - There are many water sports activities available in the surrounding area - The town of Castelmoron, 8 minutes away by car, has a sandy beach on the Lot with supervised swimming in summer and the possibility of hiring canoes, boats and pedalos. - There are also a number of picturesque villages to visit, including Pujols, Laparade and Penne d'Agenais. - There's also the Friday morning market in Sainte-Livrade, accessible by bike or 5 minutes by car, an important market with never less than 150 stallholders and often more than 200 in summer, and which has been going on for more than a century. - Finally, there are all the gourmet markets in the summer, which take place in most of the villages in the region one evening a week. This is a great way to sample the local gastronomy and atmosphere.
