We offer for rent, in Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot, this charming air-conditioned house with an area of 120 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests. It consists of a nice living room of 29 m², an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 50 m². Sheets are included. We're waiting for you! The space The accommodation consists of the following: Living area: - A 29 m² living room with TV and seating area - An open kitchen equipped with a dining area including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove... Night area: - Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed with a bathroom with bathtub and adjoining toilet - Bedroom 2: A double bed - Bedroom 3: A mezzanine with a double bed and three single beds - Bedroom 4: A single bed with desk - A bathroom with shower and adjoining toilet For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed. Outdoor: - A beautiful enclosed garden of about 50m² - A covered terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Other things to note Other remarks: - Sheets are included - Pets accepted (only one pet accepted) for an extra fee, please specify this when booking. (€15/stay) - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of the receptions.
