In Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot, we offer this charming 120 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 29 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 50 m² garden. Bed linen included. We're waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - 29 m² living room with TV and sitting area - Open kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Sleeping area - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - Bedroom 2: Double bed - Bedroom 3: Mezzanine with double bed and three single beds - Bedroom 4: Single bed with desk - Shower room with adjoining WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot. Exterior: - 50 m² enclosed garden - A covered terrace of approx. 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
