Located in a quiet building with elevator and high speed internet. The apartment is child friendly with all necessities available for children if needed. There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. NB: The baby playpen and crib are no longer installed. The space The apartment is a duplex with the living room and kitchen on the first floor, master bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, and guest bathroom on a floor in between. The home is well and fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and baby bassinet (if needed), with its own en-suite bathroom. The second guest bathroom is on the middle floor. The living room has access to a private Juliette balcony facing the courtyard of the building. The kitchen includes a new washer. The building also has its own laundry room (with many washers and dryers) in the basement.
