Property has a private beach Infront of the cottage with a dock as well as over 300 feet of community sand beach next to the property! Bedrooms are small, but kitchen, dining and living are a large open beautiful area! Guest access Garage with bikes, wagon, kids' toys, outdoor games, kayaks and much more! Backyard is flat and shaded with a grill. Interior of home includes all towels, linens, kitchen utensils, board games and much more! Other things to note Fires are allowed on the beach, but community beach has an 11:00 quiet curfew. Dogs must be leashed when outside.
