Spacious house on Ivö close to nature and lake

Welcome to this spacious family house located on beautiful Ivö, with lake and nature all around, a real summer idyll. There are a total of 6 beds spread over 3 bedrooms. The house has an open floor plan and plenty of room for socializing and relaxing. There are two balconies, one with lake views and a lovely lounge group. From the house, there is a path down to the lake. The island has several swimming areas to choose from and nice hiking trails. The space The 160 sqm house has three bedrooms with a total of six beds, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, one of which is located in one of the double bedrooms. In the basement there is a small sauna, shower and exercise bike. The house has an open floor plan and plenty of room for socializing and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, except a dishwasher. In the kitchen there is a smaller dining table, perfect for an intimate meal or as a buffet table, the larger dining table has room for 10 dinner guests. There are two balconies, a smaller one with morning sun, perfect for enjoying breakfast and a large one with sun from lunch to evening with lake views. From the house, there is a path down to the private jetty (shared with a neighbor) space for sunbathing and sitting is on the grassy area to the right of the jetty. 5 minutes from the house is a larger beach with a jetty and large lawn in front. There's also a smaller one a 10-minute walk away. At the campsite, there is a kiosk that is open during the summer, where there is also an ice cream bar and lighter food service. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, rowboat, pedal boat, bicycles and paddleboards. There is also a large beach. A bit further into the island is Ivögården, they have a café and restaurant (reservation is required for the evening). At Ivö farm, you can rent a boat with an engine and a bicycle. Hike one of the four hiking trails around Ivö Klack Nature Reserve, where you will find beautiful nature, an outdoor museum and barbecue areas. The nearest small grocery store is in Fjälkinge or Arkelstorp. The nearest well-stocked grocery store is at the C4 shopping center or in Kristianstad.
