Beautiful Armstrong Lake is across the road, as is the community swimming area and boat launch. Knotty Pine Cottage is located 10 minutes from Martock/OnTree, and 20 minutes from Windsor. The space Check in and check out times are flexible if there is no booking immediately before you arrive or after you leave. This allows time to have the cottage prepared for the next guests. This cottage can sleep up to 5 guests. One bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has a single-over-double bunk bed. There is a 3-piece bathroom and a kitchen with microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all dishes/cookware to use during your stay. All linens are freshly laundered, beds are made, and towels are provided for your arrival. There is a beautiful propane fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere and quickly heats the cottage. The covered deck is a great place to relax and has a propane barbeque and 4 Adirondack chairs. There is an enclosed fire pit as well. Armstrong Lake is located directly across the road, as is the community swimming area and boat launch. We have provided a canoe (and life jackets) for guests who want to enjoy a scenic paddle on Lake Armstrong, which is stocked annually with trout so makes for great fishing too!
