Continental beds in the bedrooms can be arranged as double or single beds. Hot tub can be booked for a fee all year round. Secluded accommodation with no nearby neighbors. Jetty with rowboat and swimming during the season. Public beach as well as forests and meadows are nearby. Note: One bathroom with low ceiling height. Suitable for up to 4 guests, especially for longer stays. The space The main building consists of a kitchen, bedroom with continental double bed (or two single beds), living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV with G-chromecast. The small cottage has a continental double bed (or two single beds). The bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine) has a low ceiling height and is located in a separate building 5m from the main building. On the terrace there is a dining area with fantastic views of the lake. Enjoy our luxurious outdoor hot tub for a fee. Depending on the season and weather: Access to private dock, row boat and swimming. To get to the house, you need to walk or drive by car 300 meters through a horse pasture (a passenger car can get through without any problems) Bring your own fishing gear if you like fishing, use extra strong line because there are big pikes here! Our farm is only 18 minutes' drive from Linköping city center and 5 minutes from Göta Canal's biggest attraction, Bergs slussar Guest access Access to the entire property, main building, small cottage and bathroom. Depending on the season and weather conditions, there may be access to a jetty, row boat and SUP. Other things to note Some cleaning is preferred by the guest. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. A checklist will be provided at check-in. Your host will take care of the final cleaning.
