Please note: The bathroom has a low ceiling and is located separately about 5 meters from the house. The space The main house consists of kitchen, bedroom with continental double bed (or two single), living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV with G-chromecast. Lillstugan has a continental double bed (or two single). The bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine) has low ceiling height and is in separate building 5m from the main building. On the terrace there is a dining area with fantastic view over the lake. Enjoy our luxury outdoor hot tub for a fee. Depending on the season and weather: Access to private dock, row boat and swimming opportunity. The final 300 meters are along a simpler path through open land/a horse paddock. A standard passenger car can get around without any problems, but it gives a more rural and secluded feel. Bring your own fishing gear if you like fishing; water lilies may be present in certain seasons. Our farm is located just 18 minutes by car from downtown Linköping and 5 minutes from the Göta Canal's main attraction, the Bergs Locks. Guest access Access to the entire property, main building, small cottage and bathroom. Depending on the season and weather conditions, there may be access to a jetty, row boat and SUP. Other things to note Some cleaning is preferred by the guest. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. A checklist will be provided at check-in. Your host will take care of the final cleaning.
