Please note that the bathroom is in a separate building about 5 meters from the house and has a low ceiling height. The space The main building consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, sofa bed and TV, and two bedrooms. The bedrooms have comfortable continental beds that can be made as either double beds or separate single beds. Blackout curtains are available in the bedrooms. The listing is best suited for up to four adults and one child sleeping on the sofa bed. All rooms have electric heaters, but the living room has AC for heating and cooling. Outside the house, there is a spacious terrace with a dining area and a view of the lake and the surroundings. A private outdoor spa can be booked for an extra charge. The bathroom is in a separate building about five meters from the main building. It is equipped with a toilet, shower and washing machine. The ceiling height is low, which taller guests in particular should be aware of before booking. During the season and when weather and water conditions allow, there is access to a private jetty, swimming, and a rowboat. Bathing shoes are recommended for those with sensitive feet. The lake is reached via an approximately 300-meter-long, easy road through natural terrain and a horse paddock. Ordinary passenger cars can normally get through without any problems, but the road is not suitable for very low cars. Feel free to bring your own fishing equipment. Seaweed may be present during parts of the summer. Solvik is about 18 minutes by car from central Linköping and only about five minutes from Bergs locks on the Göta Canal. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire main building, the bathroom building, the terrace, and the adjoining property. During the season and depending on the weather, water level and other conditions, a private dock, rowboat, swimming and stand-up paddleboarding may also be available. Current information is provided before or upon arrival. Other things to note Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation before check-out according to the checklist provided in the house. If the accommodation is kept clean and tidy during the stay, the cleaning upon departure is usually simple and quick. The host then checks the accommodation and takes care of the final touches before the next guest arrives.
