The space Convenience and atmosphere. The two-bedroom 2 bath apartment is upstairs from the owner's living space. The master bedroom is furnished with a California King foam mattress and has a private master bathroom. The second bedroom is with queen bed and has access to a comma area full bathroom just across the hall. Interact with hosts or enjoy your privacy, it's your choice! A 5-minute drive from Anchorage International Airport and within easy walking distance of lake Hood. Whether just stopping for the night flying in or out of town or an extended stay, this will feel like your home away from home. Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs apartment and, coordinated with hosts, the downstairs washer and dryer (in the host's bathroom). Other things to note The home is one side of a duplex (we own both sides), so there is a family living next door. They do have kids but are usually very quiet and do not keep up late hours. The couch in the living room does fold out to make a bed if more than 4 guests and they do not mind sleeping on the couch. We are continually upgrading the space, so there may be remodeling or landscaping going on, but not in the guest space.
