This town will not disappoint you with its small town appeal. Take the family to NW trek for the day to learn more about local animals or take a ride on a steam locomotive in the neighboring town of Elbe. It's only 35 min to Mt, Rainer where more year-round outdoor activities await you. The house built in the 1930's has 2 bedrooms, loft and one bath Main level is where you will find the living room with a flat screen Tv Fireplace Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave and of course a coffee pot. HVAC located on both lower and upper level Covered walk on deck with BBQ and Griddle, outdoor seating and table Outdoor ceiling fan Bedrooms are located on the second level Main bedroom, Queen size bed, dresser, flat screen TV Second bedroom, bunk beds full size bed on bottom and twin size on top. Loft area is fully padded, Just bring some blankets or sleeping bags and you are able to sleep up there underneath the glow in the dark stars. Upstairs has a small play area where you will find board games, activity books and a chalkboard. Also a walk on deck with cafe chairs and table. Outside on lake level You will have access to our dock, and paddle boat, we do provide life vests but can not guarantee we have your size. Outdoor shower to rinse off after playing in the lake. Lower deck contains a Second dining area with an umbrella. Fire pit we will provide some fire wood for you to at least get you started. We also have a few fishing poles that you may use during your stay, the lake has trout, bass and crappie The whole house is access able except crawl space, accessible from the outside and is the place we store personal belongings. The door is locked and is not available. Anywhere in the foliage is wet and mucky so it's better to stay on the developed areas. We are always available for any questions or concerns but do not feel you need us there interacting with you. vacation properties that have been in the families for many many years Parking is off the road above the property. This is a converted, classic 1930's family vacation lake house. There are a lot of upgrades, but it still isn't the fancy modern day log home. This house has been used for families to get away and enjoy each other and we hope you do also. If your kids or even adults want to sleep in the loft, under the stary ceiling, with sleeping bags, you can sleep more people. We encourage families to get out and unplug.
