Large 59-meter apartment with air conditioning located in the city center, perfectly connected to the rest of the city, located a 2-minute walk from the town hall square and 6 minutes to the bus and train station. Convenient location close to shops, restaurants, museums and even beaches. The space The house is located on the first floor of a very quiet building, which can be accessed by stairs or elevator, and consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a generous closet; plus a bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Guest access The house is located at the beginning of Acebedos Street, which is behind the Esperanza market and the town hall square. Walking just over 5 minutes, we will arrive at the famous Botín Center, which is next to the Pereda Gardens, while we walk through streets surrounded by shops such as Juan de Herrera. Regarding parking, being centrally located, it is surrounded by paid underground parking lots (Jesús de Monasterio; Ayuntamiento and Mercado de la Esperanza among others) which have a fee per hour and around 16-18 euros per day. Parking is also available in the blue zone on the same street, Acebedos, and throughout the city center where you have to pay OLA depending on the schedule (Saturdays afternoon, Sundays and holidays are free). And for free, we find about 400 meters away General Dávila Street or several parking lots in the city where you can park and move to the center comfortably by bus (1.30 euros per passenger).
