Our fabulous AirB&B is centrally located in Ottawa. Each stay comes with a 1/2 pound of roasted coffee beans for our french press coffee maker - no more searching for the morning cup of joe when you can make it right here! We also have an espresso maker if that's more your style. The space We have room for up to 4 guests at our AirB&B. Room 1: This is the office/ den / reading room, and also serves as a second bedroom with our brand new pull out couch. The office has good lighting and a comfortable desk and chair for getting work done. There is also a bookshelf with a variety of fiction and non-fiction. The sofa bed is a brand new comfortable couch to use while reading or watching. Room 2: This is the bedroom with a very comfortable double sized bed, an armoire for your use and shelving. The Kitchen: You won’t need to go hunting for the perfect cup of coffee or tea, this kitchen comes stocked with a selection of teas and espresso for the latte maker! This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook prepare your own meals while travelling. Comes with: – Pots & Pans, serving utensils, wine glasses, and plates, bowls, mugs, etc. – a full oven and stove top, microwave, full size fridge, toaster, french press coffee carafe, cappuccino/latte machine The kitchen is perfect for guests on a budget who want to save on the restaurant bills! Bathroom: our bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity and toilet, everything you need, including fresh towels. Laundry: we have a washer/dryer in the basement for your use while staying. Guest access You will have your own private entrance from the back of the house, using a coded lock with your own unique code, which enters into a back entrance way. You'll find your own private bathroom with a tub/shower at the back of the house, and a full kitchen for your use, as well as two well appointed rooms for your stay. Other things to note **Free PARKING is only available for 1 car during the evenings/overnight and weekends. Your vehicle must be removed from the parking area at 7:30am and you can return with your vehicle at 5pm on weekdays. But overnight and on weekends it is a free and safe place to park. Our company's admin staff is based upstairs, we run a renovations company, so if you need anything we'll be there for you during the day. In the evenings and on weekends you'll have complete silence from upstairs as no one lives above.
