The space For the comfort of our guests, the studio has: - Open concept space integrating bedroom, living room and kitchen environments; - 1 queen size bed and 1 double sofa bed; - Split air conditioning (cold air only); - Smart TV; - Compact kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - American kitchen bench with 4 upholstered stools; - 50mb wifi internet; - Open closet with clothes rack, hair dryer and iron; - Blackout curtains; - 1 bathroom with great shower; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - 1 covered parking space (holds truck). NOTE: There are construction works in the surrounding area that may cause noise. NOTE: Access to both the condominium and the unit is done through biometrics, and prior registration is mandatory. Once the reservation is confirmed, the host will provide the necessary instructions for entry. The studio is perfectly located in Canasvieiras, allowing easy travel to other regions in the north of the island, such as Canajurê, Jurerê, Daniela, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Ponta das Canas, Praia Brava, Ingleses and Santinho. In addition, it is in a complete condominium with a beautiful outdoor area that has a swimming pool and sun loungers. All access is through electronic locks, which allow self check-in and greater convenience during the stay. * Cleaning included in the value is carried out only at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, in addition to sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for the amount of half a cleaning fee.
