Gîte des Tournesols is situated in a tranquil village, with amenities close by, a bar, grocery shop/coffee shop, fuel pumps, electric charging station, taxi, post office & church. Bigger towns are 15 mins drive with lots of restaurants, street cafes, water sports, brocantes, wine tasting, & large supermarkets. Horse riding, cycling, chateau tours, can all be booked locally. The space Gîte des Tournesols is a characterful space with a sloping roof all on one level. It has open beams showing and velux windows in the living room area, bedroom 2, and the walk in wardrobe. Other windows are very characterful in bedroom 1 and the shower room. It has large bi-fold doors that open up at the front onto the private patio area. Which has a BBQ, alfresco dining table & 6 chairs, and sun lounges. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, champagne flutes, wine glasses, pots & pans. The shower room is a hood size, with walk in shower, toilet, vanity sink unit & basin, with storage drawers, bathroom cabinet. Dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Living room area with sofa, sofa bed (small double clic clac) tv, dvd player books, dvd’s, trunk . Bedroom 1 - double bed with a walk in wardrobe, with hanging space & clothes storage,. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Private parking for 2 cars. Private patio, and shared communal gardens Guest access You can access all communal spaces, gardens and your own private patio terrace area. Playground is communal also Other things to note We provide bedding and towels for all beds. We do not provide bedding for the baby cot. We also provide a small welcome basket of drinks & snacks, for your enjoyment. We have fans to cool the air in the hot weather, and we have heating if you feel chilly in the winter.
