We are situated 23 km from the CBD and appr 45 minutes to Brisbane airport. The Gold Coast is just over an hours drive. Closest shops are a 3 minute drive (local grocer, bottle shop, bakery) with bigger shopping centres at 8-10 drive in either direction. The space Our property is spacious and private, with a private road to the main house and the granny flat right next week. On entrance you will see the beautiful tennis court. Whether you want to relax or be active, this property has it all. The main house has: - 4 Bedrooms (all with queensize beds) - 3 luxurious bathrooms. - downstairs toilet/powder room. - ducted air-conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. - brand new with top of the range appliances and all utensils etc that you could possibly need. Large sliding doors bring you to the 14-meter infinity pool and BBQ area which will be the perfect place to be to hang out. There is an outside toilet for convenience. The gym is perfectly located at the end of the house, with a view of the pool and the Brisbane River. The laundry has a brand-new top of the range washing machine and dryer. The granny flat has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It has one bathroom and its very own full kitchen and outside deck with the best views. We have access to the Brisbane river - if you have a 4x4 you can drive down. If not, it is a nice walk to the river albeit a bit steep in places. There is a pontoon where you can hang out and fish or why not take the kayak which is a lovely activity early in the morning or later in the afternoon.
