Guest access Guests have access to the whole property which is composed of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an outdoor bathtub, multiple living areas indoors and outdoors, and a magnificent roof terrace from where sunset and sea views are amazing while surrounded by a recently planted Mediterranean garden. Other things to note From the road which passed by, guests access the plot where they will find a stone-paved free parking area next to the house. This road connects to the main peripheral road that passes by and leads into Naousa (approx. 10 mins away in car). This road also gives direct access to the sandy beach of Xifara (only 50 meters away) and the sandy beach of Filizi approx. 1 km away on the other side of the bay facing northeast.
