Villa with heated pool 5 minutes from Ibiza city

The villa of 110m2 (with 1200m of private fenced land) is located in a residential area in the town of Sant Jordi, at (3km) 10min drive from Ibiza town, the luxury Ushuaïa hotel/club, the beach "Playa d'en Bossa" and Ses Salines beach. There are supermarket, buses & bars in the area. The villa is fully equipped including heating and air conditioning units, mosquito screens, solar panels, and a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Ideal for families! The space The house is built as the Ibizan style but the interior is suitable for greater comfort. It is a private fenced land where you can enjoy relaxing, sunbathing, swimming or just walking in the garden or having a cup of coffee/tea. You can collect fruits from the trees. The outdoor pool has a shower that incorporates a water tank that is heated by the sun. We are fully committed to the environment and that is why the house is equipped with solar panels and a thermal shower. Guest access The whole house and the land is available to guests. There is a lot of outdoor space, with some fruit trees where you can relax, sunbathe or have a BBQ. No pets are allowed inside or outside the house. Other things to note For your best mobility and enjoyment of the island we recommend that you rent a vehicle! There is always (free) parking available right in front of the entrance of the house, on the street, so it is very convenient if you have a vehicle.
