Om̐ du Massif experience: skiing, spa, sauna, pool

Located on the picturesque site of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, our villa is a haven of rest in the middle of lush nature, just a stone's throw from the highest mountain in the east of the Rockies, Le Massif de Charlevoix, a renowned ski and bike resort. Very well equipped with an infinity HOT TUB and a 4-season aromatic sauna in addition to a 3-season pool. As a couple, with family or friends, come and enjoy the pleasures of Charlevoix in the comfort of the Om du Massif. The space Large 3-bedroom villa on 3 floors. One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with king bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Plenty of storage space for your luggage is available in each room. Outdoor ski storage is at your disposal as well as a large entrance hall to store your clothes and accessories. Storage (mini garage) is also available to store your bikes, ski boots (boot and glove dryer). 4 pairs of snowshoes are available in winter and a paddle board in summer if you want to go down the Gouffre River in Baie-Saint-Paul. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with washer & dryer, shower and a shower room on the garden floor. Very complete and very well-equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor wood fireplace (wood provided). Garden level games room with 8' climbing wall, pool table and ping pong. We did not install a TV screen by choice. We wanted a place that would allow you to disconnect from the now ubiquitous screens and allow you to connect with nature and the people around you. However, a smart cinema screen for projecting your TV shows or movies from your personal accounts such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. is installed on the ground floor. You also have access to a relaxation room with hammocks on the ground floor adjacent to the therapeutic dry sauna with direct access to the outside if you want to try the hot-cold cycle with the natural elements (snow!). There are also 2 outdoor hammocks at the exit of the sauna to relax. Two large terraces are accessible: - Covered terrace on the ground floor with outdoor dining table and wood pellet barbecue, sofa and access to the summer swimming corridor (swimming pool) and the 4-season infinity HOT TUB. - Terrace on the 2nd floor with panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River and the starry sky! A work area on the mezzanine has been set up. The wifi works very well and allows teleworking and is located in an open space overlooking the river. The chalet is equipped with 2 speakers to which you can connect via Bluetooth. Guest access You have access to the entire chalet except for locked areas such as the mechanical room.
