The space The place is extremely safe, close to everything: theaters, tourist spots, markets, hospitals and pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The street has no traffic, as it is a dead-end street. There's room to park the car. Guest access The house has a party area with a barbecue and toilet. The guest can enjoy the space. There is a space to park the car on the street, safely, because the street has surveillance. During your stay I am available to answer any questions and inform you about possible cultural events in the area. Other things to note The suite is inside my house, I live here and rent the room, but guests have access to everything in the house.
