This apartment can accommodate 4 people near the lake and the Imperial Palace. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine... The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. The toilet is separate. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
