The apartment extends over the first floor and the attic of a house completed in 2016 and offers modern comfort in an excellent location. Living Area & Amenities: Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a 1.8 x 2 m double bed and offers direct access to the bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower. Living/dining area: The 23m2 living and dining area is bright and welcoming and forms the central space of the apartment. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a sliding door and has everything you need for your stay – including a ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, microwave and washing machine. Balcony: From the living area and bedroom you can access the balcony, which invites you to relax with its views of the surrounding area. Attic & Features: Attic: A wooden staircase leads to the attic, where there are two single beds and an additional toilet. Flooring: The apartment is completely flowing, partly in wood look, which creates a pleasant ambiance. Comfort: Electric shutters and underfloor heating guarantee extra comfort. Extra's & Service: Bicycle parking: A lockable bicycle hut with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for your bikes. Car parking space: Your car can park in the parking space belonging to the apartment, in front of the house. For electric vehicles, there is a private wallbox, which is activated after prior registration for a flat rate. Pets: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the balcony. For families: A children's travel cot, high chair and a stair gate in the attic are provided free of charge on request. Additional option: In addition, book a linens package for €18.00/person.
