Nestled atop a historic building in trendy South Pigalle, this stylish retreat affords breathtaking views of Paris’ rooftops, from the Eiffel Tower to the Sacré-Cœur. Once an artist's atelier, this spacious loft basked in light is thought to have hosted impressionist painter Auguste Renoir. Now meticulously renovated, it seamlessly combines understated designer pieces with the allure of original materials. Experience the epitome of Parisian elegance and charm in this haven of timeless luxury. The space The space encompasses the entire 6th and 7th floors of the building. Enter on the 6th floor to reveal a luminous living room. Two sofas comfortably seat five around a large vintage teak coffee table, whose textured steel top offers fleeting reflections of the sky through the opening to the top floor. A long 19th century marble table is complimented by iconic rosewood chairs and a brutalist bench from an unknown designer, affording ample seating for seven. The kitchen – open and fully appointed – is conveniently located by the table. From the living room, take the door in the charming period wooden and glazed partition to enter the lower bedroom, with its double bed, fireplace, and desk. While situated under its larger flashier counterpart (which we'll get to in a moment), this bedroom still offers more altitude than most, evidenced by stunning views of the Sacré-Cœur and plenty of light. Alternatively, from the living room take the wooden stairs up to discover the highlight of the space: the top bedroom with immense windows facing east and west, overlooking the Paris skyline. Nearly all of Paris’s numerous landmarks, including the Eiffel tower, are in clear sight until the sun sets before you. A queen size bed is provided to recover from the view-induced awe, to stargaze, or to sleep until the pink light of dawn illuminates the sky to fashion an impressionist masterpiece. A cozy nook with two seats and a coffee table – all vintage designer pieces – enables you enjoy the sights in comfort. A walk-in closet caters to the more prosaic requirements for storage. Guest access You will have full sole access to the apartment. Access through the first door in the street with the code or key fob. The same key fob opens the indoor metal gate. Walk up the stairs to the top floor and enter through the door straight ahead. Other things to note Please note this loft is on the 6th floor with no elevator. The space is basked in light all day.
