Our cozy little home is in a family-centered neighborhood with a central location. It's perfect for so many occasions!! Our home is a 2 story house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level and then 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. If you are visiting with children, this place is perfect! We have tons of toys for the kids to play with, a high chair for mealtime, and a pack and play for sleeping. Hopefully, we will make your traveling easier with little ones. Whether it's the sippy cup or baby silverware, we will have it covered. *To clarify the "crib" listed is a pack-and-play.* If you don't have kids, no problem! The toys will be stored discretely. There is a mother-in-law suite in the basement so be mindful that there are people living down there. They have a completely separate entrance so you will likely never see them or even know they are there. However, the laundry space is shared in the basement. The backyard has a beautiful walk out deck and a fire pit that you're welcome to use. We are a hands-off host. We live and work overseas so there is a large time difference. It's best to message me for non-urgent matters but for any urgent matters we have local help and provide their contact information in the welcome message. Please never hesitate to reach out and ask any question(s). We have key-coded entry so you will be able to check yourself in when it's convenient for you. Our house is located in a great neighborhood with a central location. MSU is a 5 minute drive and there are many parks within walking distance. Hiniker Pond (which is within walking distance) is a great spot in the warmer months. People go swimming, enjoy a small beach or grill out there. Spring Lake Park is right down the street and has so much to offer. There is a newly updated water park, lots of beautiful walking trails, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and so much more. The local brewery is just a few blocks away and my favorite coffee shop is down the street. There are options of restaurants and gas stations nearby as well. Parking is very easy to find so having a car is convenient. Walking or biking are good options as well. There are some very nice paths nearby. There is a bus stop within walking distance.
