St Arnoult, in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley, beautiful spacious house entirely at your disposal, located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is very pleasant to stay in, bright, largely open to its terrace and large garden bordered by a wood, to relax in the heart of nature. Close to all amenities located in the village, 5 minutes' walk from the house. Easy access to Paris by direct train (1/2 hour ride) to Rambouillet or RER to Dourdan. The space The house is located on the heights of St Arnoult, it is accessed by the garden with a few large steps. On the ground floor, you discover the house through its large living room with its equipped American kitchen, isolated by a pretty interior glass wall. A large bay window gives access to the large terrace, not overlooked. A wood-burning stove offers pleasant evenings by the fire. On the ground floor, you also benefit from a master suite with shower room and walk-in closet, which has access to its own terrace area. Upstairs, you are greeted by a landing room, living room on the mezzanine, which leads to a bedroom with a 140/190 bed, another large bedroom with a 140/190 bed, with an office area and a dressing room, finally, a bathroom/shower/toilet in wood and stucco. Everyone can have their own quiet space. A washing machine is available in the laundry area in the basement. I decorated my house with objects from my travels, my love of music and my concern for well-being! Guest access I leave practically the entire space of the house available. Street parking is available free of charge. It is important to me that the existing agreement with my neighbors is respected, I do not want the house to be a place of celebration, but I want it to remain a place of calm and respectful living.
