Filled with lots of natural light, this little studio will be your perfect base to discover Sydney. You will have your own private entrance and everything you need for a comfortable stay and discover Sydney like the locals do. Please Note.This property is for 1-2 adults only The space The studio is a detached guest house at the back of my family home with its own separate and private access. Rest assured you will have all the privacy you need to. The studio is clean and has a clever design - it will surely impress. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable queen size pull down bed, storage and a private bathroom. The space will impress you with its light and bright interior. We have recently installed a portable air con unit for summer months and there are two heaters for the colder months. Guest access You will have access to the full studio. Even though the guest house is attached to our family home, you will have your private entrance and the there is no access to the family home. Other things to note Please note there is no on parking on premises but there is 2 hour unmetered parking on the street, free unlimited after 6pm to 8am and on weekends.
