Welcome to my lovely beach cottage, which is located in the first row with one of Denmark's best and child-friendly beaches, which is right outside the door. Relax and enjoy your vacation with the most amazing ocean views and sunsets. There are good opportunities for fishing. There is private parking Only 25 minutes drive to Odense, Odense Zoo and 3 km to the nearest shopping. There are several places in Otterup town where you can charge your electric car. The space The cottage consists of an open kitchen and living room with dining area right out to the amazing sea view. Everything in kitchen equipment, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with shower 2 bedrooms. Wood-burning stove for the cold evenings heat pump that can also be used as air conditioning. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm ) and a TV with regular channels ( not German ) A bedroom with a 3/4 bed where there is a TV that can be connected to a game console/Chromecast, however, you must bring your own. In the living room, there is a TV with German channels and Viaplay, streaming of DR 1, TV2 play (C more under TV2 play) and Prime video, and there is Wi-Fi in all rooms. There are 2 large terraces facing the water with sun loungers and lounge sets and on the other side an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs. There is a gas grill that you can use ( remember to clean it ) Guest access You have access to the entire house with a private beach just outside the door and your own private parking space. A house suitable for vacationing all year round Other things to note BRING YOURSELF: bed linen (can be rented for DKK 60 per person and must be ordered no later than 2 days before arrival) Towels, tea towels and dishcloths Toilet paper and kitchen roll Firewood for the wood-burning stove REMEMBER I do not charge cleaning fees, so please leave the house as clean as it was when you arrived :-) If it is not cleaned when you leave the cottage, you will receive an extra bill of DKK 600 for cleaning. We will always check whether the house has been cleaned before the next tenant arrives. You need to pay for electricity and water, which is read on arrival and you need to read it at the end of your stay. The host charges DKK 3.50 per kWh and DKK 65 per m3 of water
