Our house is located in Duinland Park, a spacious green park with tennis court, right on the dunes, with beach within walking and cycling distance and there is also a shuttle bus. It has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a covered terrace and a nice garden with lots of privacy. You can use the available sports and game equipment: surfboard (on request), tennis rackets and several games of skill. There are also 4 bicycles available. The space Our cottage is located in Duinland park in Sint Maartenszee. It is quite at the back of the park, so it has a relatively quiet location. In recent years, it has been gradually converted from a 1970s cottage into a very private cottage with a lot of wood and a number of homemade furniture. The living room has a large dining table, a sofa with a table, a game cabinet and a Lego table. There are 3 bedrooms. Two children's rooms, both with bunk beds. The upper beds are both 90x200. The lower beds are 120x200 and 140x200. In the bedroom on the garden side, there is also a desk with a desk chair. The third bedroom is the master bedroom and has a double bed of 180-200 cm. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a garden of approximately 140 m2 with lots of privacy. There is a canopy directly at the cottage where you can even sit outside in the rain. Here is a large table where you can easily sit with 8 people. At the back of the garden is a lounge sofa with cushions. There is a hammock and a BBQ available. And all kinds of sports and play equipment, such as ping pong bats and balls, tennis rackets and balls and badminton rackets with shuttles. In addition, there are other outdoor games, such as kubb, frisbees, soccer, beach ball and yoga mat. There are also two inflatable rings and an inflatable ball. There are several playgrounds, a tennis court, two ping pong tables and a badminton court in the park. The cottage is quite cool with real heat, so you can still sleep well. It has a very complete kitchen with good knives and (frying) pans. There is a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, sandwich maker, hand blender, mixer, toaster, filter coffee machine, but also an espresso machine (for those who know how it works), a milk frother, air fryer and plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, etc. For the children, there is a Lego table with Lego and there are all kinds of games, such as monopoly, rummikub, risk, cards, yatzhee, Uno, beverbende, naval battle, chessboard and leg puzzles (for adults). If you want to surf, there are softboards to borrow on request. From 60-80 liters. Just let us know, and we'll put them by the cottage. In addition, there are 4 bicycles at the cottage. They have a front and a back rack on which you can transport bags. And crates in front. If you leave the park, it is less than a 20-minute walk and 5-minute bike ride to the beach right through the dunes. You can't get close by car. That also makes it the least crowded beach in the area. There is a beach pavilion at both beach entrances. Dog's are welcome. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage. Guest access Guests have access to all the spaces. The whole cottage is available. Other things to note To enter Duinland Park, you need a label from the barrier. This is on the key to the cottage which is in the key safe next to the front door of the cottage. So you will have to park the car just before the barrier on the side to get the keys. The cottage is about a 3-minute walk from the park.
