Baltic Loft on Main
Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you! The loft used to be an old community theater used for plays and dances. Because of it's former use, the loft has tall ceilings, exposed brick, and white oak hardwood floors. The loft is located on the second floor of the Leaf + Linen building. Our space features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large open floor plan with a connected kitchen, living room, and dining room. We do not live on-site, but often work at Leaf + Linen in the space below the loft. We are available to help with anything needed by guests. Located close to Amish country, great food, and shopping, Baltic is a perfect spot for your Holmes County stay! Baltic is known for the famous East Main Kitchen & Coffee located next door to the loft. Directly below the loft is Leaf + Linen, a clothing, greenery, and home décor boutique. Directly behind the apartment is the Baltic Park, featuring a walking path, play sets, and picnic areas, and ballfields. Located just minutes from the heart of Amish country, Baltic is only 10 minutes from Sugarcreek and 20 minutes from Berlin. A large, public parking lot is located directly behind the loft. All guests can park for free in the parking lot. Leaf + Linen is open during business hours downstairs. The space between the floors is insulated, but there may be some slight traffic noise heard in the loft during peak business hours. White noise machines are provided in the main areas to assist with any potential noise.
