The space In the heart of a small wine village, 15 minutes from Essoyes and Bar sur Seine, 25 minutes from the beach of Mesnil Saint Père, come and stay in this single-storey house with enclosed and wooded land on which you will access an orchard with fruit trees. You will have a spacious kitchen with dining and relaxation area (board games, library), a comfortable living room with TV, a triple bedroom (3 beds of 90 x 190), a double bedroom (bed 140 x 190) with desk, a bathroom (shower + sink), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Outside, you will have a covered terrace with garden furniture and lounge area, deckchairs, a barbecue, a children's play area and a trampoline. The enclosed courtyard will allow several vehicles to enter and a garage is also available. Heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning and linen (tea towels, tablecloth) are included in the price.
