The apartment is quiet and thus offers pure relaxation! In addition, the modern bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and thus offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing bath. The Wi-Fi for you in the apartment is included. So nothing stands in the way of relaxing film evenings on the sofa. The space Our apartment PettCasa was completely renovated in 2019/20, it has everything you need for everyday life. Perfect for couples, families or groups looking for a relaxing break in a stylish environment. All utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included in the price. However, we ask for a mindful and economical use of energy. Excessive use (e.g. continuous operation of fan heaters, air conditioners or charging electric cars) is not included in the nightly rate and can be charged separately We have prepared for the following things: Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products as well as cleaning cloths and milk sponge, oil, salt, pepper, vinegar as well as coffee (1x 1x guest/guest), milk and sugar. Other coffee capsules can be bought through us if desired, for €0.70/ capsule. Guest access The entire attic is used exclusively by you. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. We are happy to provide an ashtray that you can use on the outside stairs.
