The apartment is quiet and offers pure relaxation! In addition, the modern bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and thus offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing bath. The Wi-Fi for you in the apartment is included. So, nothing stands in the way of relaxing movie evenings on the sofa. The space Our apartment PettCasa was completely renovated in 2019/20. It has everything you need for everyday life. Perfect for couples, families or groups looking for a relaxing break in a stylish environment. All utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included in the price. However, we ask for careful and economical use of energy. Excessive consumption (e.g. continuous operation of fan heaters, air conditioners or charging electric cars) is not included in the nightly price and can be charged separately We have prepared the following things for you: Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning agents as well as cleaning rags and kitchen sponge, oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and coffee (1x/guest), milk and sugar. If desired, additional coffee capsules can be purchased from us for €0.70/capsule. Guest access The entire attic is used exclusively by you. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. We are happy to provide an ashtray that you can use on the outside stairs.
