This is a Mexican neighborhood. I little mix with other foreigners more and more people retire in this town. Mostly property owners and Mexican families with children. Taco stands near the highway are available and other food shops around. Easy access to the bus route R-4 just few steps away. This route takes you down-town to Malecon within a few minutes. The main highway is 1 block way, you can catch other bus routes to any part in the city and outside the site from there. We use the red cross as a point of reference when looking for this neigborhood. You can fix Taxis by the pharmacy thats 2.5 blocks away or use ubber or other means of transportation. Enjoy our pool year-round in the warm weather of Puerto Vallarta! Please note that the pool is not heated, but it's the perfect way to cool off and relax during your stay. To access the unit, there is a set of stairs leading up to it, but don't worry, there are no hills to climb. Special Note: Please note that there is a construction going near by in the property just like many places currently in PV. If you are planning on having online meetings and want to have the window open this can be an issue for your calls.
