The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests, and there are additional seats available at the breakfast bar. Step outside to our backyard oasis where you will find a sparkling pool that is perfect for cooling off on those hot Texas days. The large outdoor bar area is perfect to help you prep meals and drinks. There's also a bonfire area where you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows or tell stories under the stars. Inside the game room, guests can enjoy a game of pool, foosball, or sing karaoke, providing endless entertainment for all ages. For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with alarm security and video cameras, ensuring your safety during your stay. ~ Please be aware that there is a horse on the property and a person goes to the property daily to feed it. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to enter the barn area or the fenced yard where the horse runs around. ~ As a guest, you'll have access to the entire house, patio area, pool, firepit area, and backyard (that is not fenced in) directly behind the outdoor patio. Please read the pool rules and follow them for your safety. The patio area is slippery when wet, so make sure no running takes place. There is a horse on the property. In order to ensure the safety of our guests at Piedra Ranch, riding or feeding the horse is not allowed. The Barn area is off-limits. The owner is not responsible for any injuries guests might incur if they fail to follow these rules. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. Please do not inquire about a party or event. You can feel free to contact me via text if you need my help during your stay. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. Enjoy your stay without worry about quiet hours or bothersome neighbors. With a spacious property, guests will be able to move around the property as they please. If you're looking for outdoor things to do surrounding the Crosby area, there's plenty to see and do at nearby parks and nature preserves, such as the Armand Bayou Nature Center, Sheldon Lake State Park, and Lake Houston Wilderness Park. NO ATVS allowed in the property . **We have also added some new farm animals including another horse, 3 goats, 2 angus cows, 2 donkeys, 3 hens and a rooster. I hope this isn't an inconvenience. If it is, please let me know. Workers also go to the property on a daily basis to feed the animals. Please Keep in mind, the pool is very deep (10 feet) on the end by the slide so we ask that you're very careful with non swimmers and children . Please do not leave children unattended.
