Also, located 25 mins from DC and 35 mins from Baltimore. The space Cozy 1 bed and 1 bath lower level with lots of light, Wifi and kitchen. Sleeps 2 on the queen bed, 1 on the couch, and 1 on air mattress. Free parking is provided on site. Guests can park in the driveway and access the space through a side fence entrance on the right side of the house and walk on a stone path to the back of the house where you will enter the unit using a digital keypad. Your Airbnb is the fully dedicated lower level of my home, offering complete privacy separate from the upstairs living space. I share the property with my friendly dog, Koby, and my cat, Winter, who roams the outdoor areas. To help you settle in, we provide an initial supply of basic essentials like toilet paper, soaps, paper towels, and more. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these from local stores. I live upstairs with my elderly mother, which allows me to offer excellent guest service and promptly assist with any needs during your stay. House Rules 1. No Smoking or Vaping on the property this includes inside and outside. 2. No Extra Guests allowed – Only registered guests may stay. Reach out if you’d like to add someone. Guests can visit you but they must leave before 11pm. 3. No Parties – We keep things peaceful: no parties, large gatherings, drugs, or heavy drinking. 4. No Pets allowed– Please don’t bring pets or feed wildlife. 5. Quiet Hours – 11 PM–7 AM. Kindly keep voices and music very low during these hours. The walls are thin. 6. Report Damage – If something breaks or stops working, please let us know immediately so we can help to fix it. 7. Cleaning – Please keep things tidy.
