You'll love it! :-) Equipped with 6 beds and all the most modern comforts, including air exchangers in every room with hygrometric sensors, the accommodation also makes use of solar panels and accumulators, which, in a Green perspective, have made it possible to set up a charging station for electric cars that is free to use for those who stay there. Free private parking for 2 cars is framed by a 200 sqm garden, with a pergola that shelters a table for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners and with a fountain and swings for children and typical trees and plants, surrounded by a hedge that guarantees privacy. On the back side of the house, the view is lost on a quiet and relaxing green field, which can be admired from the windows of the bedrooms and the external access of the kitchen. In the immediate vicinity, convenient supermarkets with ample parking and typical pastry shops, as well as restaurants and pizzerias. Worth visiting is the nearby Park of San Rossore, a protected oasis, famous for its horses and fallow deer, which you can often admire in freedom, where you can choose to spend pleasant hours of quiet and also enjoy the local and delicious dishes of the famous "Poldino" Restaurant. Just off the private road, there is a stop available for public transport, which leads in 10 minutes to the sight of one of the 7 Wonders of the World: Piazza dei Miracoli, with, among other things, the Leaning Tower and the Baptistery. For those who love cycling (also available in electric with a municipal rental service), always just outside the private road, there is a Bike Path that connects to the Historic Center in an easterly direction (i.e. exiting heading right) and to the sea, in a westerly direction (i.e. exiting and heading left). Towards the sea, you will immediately find a small children's playground on your left. The bike path soon becomes a pleasant route in the open countryside, with stretches in the shade of woodland vegetation and leads to the discovery, first, with a small detour, of the enchanting and ancient Romanesque Basilica of San Piero a Grado and then lets you enjoy journeys where you meet the old stations of the "tram" that, at the beginning of the last century, led to the sea, in a countryside that has remained almost unspoiled. The bike path then ends up leading to the towns of Marina di Pisa and then Tirrenia and Calambrone (on the border between Pisa and Livorno). Here you can choose white pebble or sandy beaches, with numerous beach resorts, some even free access, with restaurants on the sea. For those who prefer to travel by car, the sea is 15 minutes away, while the “Pisa Centro” exit, as well as the nearby Aurelia, connect our area with ease to the city of Lucca (half an hour away), as well as to Versilia (25 minutes away), with its attractive Viareggio, home of the famous Carnival, which for some time now has also hosted a summer event; Lido di Camaiore, with its people-friendly promenade and its bike path that runs along the entire coast to Marina di Massa and with its Pier on the sea, inaugurated in the first decade of the new millennium, which leads to admire the blue of the water where the horizon is lost; Pietrasanta, with its sculptural art in the ancient artisan workshops; and Forte dei Marmi, legendary for its charm and fashion.
