Other things to note The house has 10 apartments all advertised on Airbnb, and downstairs is the La Berenjena wood-fired pizza restaurant. The entrance and exit is through the restaurant, which closes at 10 pm Monday to Saturday and at 7 pm on Sundays. There is usually some noise but it is not very excessive. The walls of the house are very thick, and they isolate the noise. Also, because it is a very touristy street there is usually noise in the street but it is not usually annoying. We have a 24-hour guard who gives guests access once the restaurant is closed and also for anything that can be offered to guests.
