Dream House with a Jacuzzi under the stars

If you do not know Kopalino yet, we warn you loyally that it is an addictively charming seaside town away from the Baltic commercialism, among fragrant pine forests full of mushrooms, with an intimate beach with white sand, dunes and horses galloping along the shore. Our spacious, atmospheric wooden house is located on a quiet street on a large fenced plot full of trees, shrubs and flowers. In the garden, there is a hot tub with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, hammocks, swings and a place for a bonfire. The space We present to you our own holiday sanctuary – the Dream House. With soul and atmosphere, among flowers and shrubs that are as good here as we are in a hammock with a book and a cup of coffee. During the day, you can... do nothing here. Or take a nap on a deck chair in the shade of a willow tree, or sip wine in the sun. For those who can't sit still for long, there's a volleyball court, badminton, bicycles, and a forest that leads straight to the sea. You can also visit the beautiful areas of Kashubia, along the way visiting local manors for delicious coffee or lunch made from local ingredients. In the evening, it's best to take a blanket and head to the beach. The sunset here is a spectacle without a ticket. You can have a picnic, you can gallop horses along the shore (seriously), and when you return – relax by the fireplace or bask in the jacuzzi and admire the stars that you can no longer see in the city. Or maybe light a fire, bake sausages and sing until morning? Kids also have a paradise here – you can run around the forest, build sand castles on the beach and go crazy on our playground with a house, sandpit, slide and swings. There is also a play area inside the house for when it rains or parents dream of coffee in silence. And if nothing works – you can always turn on a cartoon on Netflix 😉 Time in the Dream House flows in its own way. Slowly, well, with a smile. And that's the kind of time we wish you. Guest access Our house is 140 m² and is exactly what we would like to find on vacation – spacious, comfortable and cozy. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace (perfect for evenings with wine and a book), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a corner for the youngest so that they can play while adults cook. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine and a large, covered terrace where breakfast lasts longer than usual. Upstairs you will find four-bedroom suite – for a total of 8, up to 10 people – and a second bathroom with a shower and a tumble dryer. In the smallest room there are two single beds (they can be connected), and in the other three – double beds and the possibility of inserting another single bed if your children do not like to sleep alone in the next room. For toddlers, we have a baby cot, changing table, bathtub, chairs, platforms and stair gates. You can also work here… but in a pleasant way. We have two desks with comfortable chairs and monitors, Internet (Orange cable and mobile from Play) and delicious coffee without limit. Emails go smoothly, but you'll still look out the window at the garden and hammock more often. The plot is 1300 m² and is immersed in greenery – trees, shrubs, flowers, birdsong and silence that cannot be bought. The kids have their own playground with a playhouse, sandpit and swings, and the adults have a volleyball court, a fire pit, hammocks, sun loungers and a wood-fired hot tub overlooking the garden and the stars. The house is located on a quiet, dead-end street. A comfortable forest road leads to the sea – 10 minutes by car to the parking lot right next to the beach, a quarter of an hour by bike or half an hour on foot. You can also go longer, because on the way there are mushrooms, berries and this unique silence, which is a pity to interrupt with a conversation. If you like to cook, just pop to the local shop in the village for fresh bread, and if something is missing, Market Melan and Biedronka are waiting for you in Choczewo. You can also order local breakfast products with delivery on the koszesniadaniowe portal. For sausage lovers, we have a gas grill on the terrace or a grate over the fireplace. Don't want to cook? That's fine too. You can order something with delivery or drop by one of the nearby restaurants for something local and homemade. It's really hard to go hungry here. Other things to note The price includes the rental of the entire house, including the use of the jacuzzi and bicycles. The only additional cost will be the local fee, the so-called "climatic" fee of PLN 2.5 per person per day, which we collect on the day of arrival under the authority of the Choczewo Commune.
