Treat yourself to a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The space Welcome to your stay at LEO11! It is located just a stone's throw from Klosterneuburg Town Hall, Klosterneuburg Abbey and a beautiful park where small markets or events are sometimes held. The building is a very old building and is also a listed cultural building. The apartment is located on the first floor and there are no elevator. Please expect some stairs. Apartment S has one bedroom. This apartment is more suitable for students or younger people. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a television. There is also a work desk available. In the living room there is a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 1 person. A simple dining area and a kitchenette. Instead, there is a microwave and a mini-fridge. There are no stoves, but there is a single induction hob. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet, which is separated by another door. I hope you will have a lovely stay here! All equipment can be seen in the equipment list. We have 1 baby bed available, please write me to book it. Guest access Guests can use the driveway to park their bicycles or similar items. The rubbish bins are located in the courtyard - guests can use them if they are not locked, otherwise please leave the rubbish outside the courtyard gate. The main entrance are usually open during working hours and should be closed in the evenings and at weekends. There are a total of 4 apartments in the same building - S, M, L and XL. They are all labelled with signs on the doors. Please go to the correct apartment. Other things to note There is only one safe box for all the check-in needs of 4 apartments. So please make sure you know which apartment you are checking-in into and take only the right pair of keys if there are more sets of keys in there.
