The space Lower Cabin U Bratríkov is a cosy two-storey cabin built using traditional natural materials such as wood, stone, and clay. Wooden cladding, wooden floors, wooden windows and doors, together with traditional clay plaster, create a warm and unique atmosphere where comfort meets nature. The cabin is ideal for one family, with a maximum capacity of 6 guests. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an automatic coffee machine, oven, cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and everything you need to prepare your meals. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms offering comfort, privacy, and a restful night's sleep. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace, a spacious gazebo with a barbecue, a children's playground, and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The cabin is surrounded by numerous hiking and cycling trails, making it the perfect place for both an active holiday and a peaceful escape from everyday life. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire cabin and its private outdoor area. Each cabin has its own terrace, gazebo, barbecue, and relaxation area. The two cabins are separated by a fence and are built on different levels of the hillside, providing a high level of privacy for guests staying in either cabin. Only the access road, parking area, and surrounding grounds are shared. The owners do not live on the property, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and private stay. Other things to note Please read the following important information before booking: • Private hot tub: The hot tub is not included in the accommodation price. Its use is optional and available for a one-time fee of €60 per stay. If you choose not to use the hot tub, no additional fee applies. • Parking: Parking directly next to the cabin is only accessible for 4×4 vehicles. In bad weather, access may not be possible even for 4×4 vehicles. In such cases, guests must park in the designated parking area below the cabins and use the stairs to reach the property (approximately 30–80 metres, depending on the parking spot). • Electric vehicle charging: We offer an on-site EV charging station as an optional paid service. Charging is billed according to the actual electricity consumed.
