The Guest House Loft Apartment (Suite #4) is comfortable and cozy and has a lot of natural light! From the building, you can walk to local restaurants and shopping. Near skiing, swimming, hiking, shopping, and art, and close to wedding venues! Belleayre Mountain:10 minutes Ski Plattekill: 15 minutes Spillian: 10 minutes Roxbury area wedding venues: appx 10 minutes Margaretville: 5 minutes Andes: 20 minutes Pine Hill: 10 minutes Phoenicia: 25 minutes Woodstock: 40 minutes Roxbury: 15 minutes The space The building was originally built in the 1800s and recently it's been completely renovated and updated. Glimpses into the past can be seen in the original rough hewn ceiling beams and the wide plank floors! Modern everything can be seen all around. From kitchen appliances to an amazing shower head! Suite #4has everything for a comfortable visit in the Catskills! The yard has a fire-pit (wood not provided) and cozy spots to hang out. The yard is shared with other guests/renters in the building. The big parking lot next to the building is lit at night. Suite #3 is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs. Guest access The Loft is on the second floor of the building. Enter the Studio by electronic keypad. You'll have access to the yard with its fire pit and cozy spots to relax. The yard might be shared with the other apartments' guests. Other things to note Amazingly Centrally Located! Walk to local dining, shopping, and laundromat. A short walk to the Delaware and Ulster Railroad scenic train rides. Just off of Route 28 (the main road from Kingston to Binghamton) it's a short drive to Belleayre Mountain skiing and Belleayre Lake, The (legendary) Peekamoose Restaurant, Phoenicia (dining, shopping, Rail Explorers) Margaretville (Supermarket, CVS, liquor store, bank, great shopping, dining, art), Andes (Andes Rail Trail, antiques, shopping, dining)
