We love the open floor plan for this 3 bedroom, 2 bath offshore manufactured home located in beautiful Pea Hill Creek with a private community boat ramp (2 minute walk). Enjoy reading a book on the large front porch facing the lake or relax and dine under the covered back porch. We have ample parking for all your lake toys. We provide the linens and towels for your convenience. Dogs are welcomed! The space Bedrooms: 1) King Master with 32" smart TV and ceiling fan 1) Queen Guest Room with ceiling fan 1) Twin Guest Room with a twin trundle Living Room: One couch and two comfortable chairs, 58" Smart tv, dvd player with lots of dvd options, ceiling fan, books, board games and puzzles. Bathrooms: 1) Master bath has a small walk-in shower, double sinks and towels 1) Guest bath has tub/shower combo and towels Kitchen: 4-person dining room table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen island, coffee maker, pots and pans. Workspace: table and chair located in a common space. Pets: Please be sure your dog is leashed with their humans while outside. Also, kennel your dog if they will be left unattended inside. We offer dog blankets, a water and food bowl located in the baskets under the tv console. Doggy bags are located in the drawer under the microwave. Please be sure to clean up after your fur kids. Please do NOT allow your pets on the furniture at any time! Outdoor areas: We have a nice fire pit to roast marshmallows with your family. A gas grill for cooking your family favorites. Lots of outdoor space to set up your cornhole boards, horseshoes, etc. Great neighborhood to get in a morning walk. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. Other things to note Our cleaning includes an Ozone treatment between guests to deodorize and purify the air leaving you that clean, crisp smell ahead of a Spring time rain. Furthermore, you should be mindful of your steps while outside. The ground could be unlevel and we have all kinds of critters at the lake.
