The private bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a full-length wall mirror, creating a cozy retreat where you can rest and recharge. Just outside the bedroom, you’ll find a mini living area equipped with a television and a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing, casual lounging, or accommodating an extra guest. This area flows seamlessly into a mini counter that leads to a well-equipped kitchenette near the entrance, making the space both functional and welcoming. The balcony is a true highlight—open the doors and enjoy fresh air and a stunning sunset view, perfect for quiet mornings, evening wind-downs, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment. The comfort room includes a shower and comes stocked with essential guest amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, towels, and slippers, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free stay. For longer stays or added convenience, the unit also offers a clothing rack, washing machine, and ironing supplies. The kitchen allows guests to cook comfortably and is equipped with a water dispenser, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator, giving you everything you need whether you’re preparing light meals or enjoying take-out at home. Other things to note 🕰️ Booking & Stay Details To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly share the following booking guidelines: We now accept one-night stays, with slightly stricter time arrangements to allow us ample time to prepare the unit for incoming guests. Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 NOON ✨ Early check-ins may be accommodated when possible, especially for guests arriving on early flights. Please feel free to message us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. ⏰ Late check-outs, however, cannot be accommodated. Preparing the unit for the next guest is essential, and any delay will result in a ₱500 charge, regardless of the number of hours exceeded. 🏡 For Longer Stays (2 Nights or More) Our original minimum two-night stay remains flexible, allowing guests more freedom with arrival and departure times. Default access passcodes are typically set between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
