Riverfront Retreat, Kayaking, Fishing, swimming.

NO ADDITIONAL FAMILY GATHERINGS OR PARTIES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION Relax or play, with family or best friends on the river at this 1 acre private peaceful cottage with the sounds of the running water from the pond and river. The Riverfront is only minutes away from golf course, trails, restaurants,bars shops movie theater and basically anything you'll need. You are renting the guest house, the entrance is on the left side by the garage The space Cozy guest house on the river, peaceful and relaxing Guest access Guests can park in front of the left side of the house, by the guests parking sign, which is your entrance. Do not block or park in front of the house on the right side, (the owners live there when they are in town) or the ramp access, taking your car down the ramp is not allowed without the owner prior approval. Other things to note This cozy house sits on the beautiful Susquehanna river and has 3 bedrooms,1 king , 1 queen and 1 with 2 full size bunk beds and 2 full bathrooms. This house can comfortably fit 8 adults if you want to sleep 2 people on the couch( which is very comfortable) or 2 people on each full size bunk bed. I can also provide an air bed, which ever size you need per your request. The river is great for swimming, kayaking or fishing and the river is stocked by the PA Fish commission( don't forget that you need a fishing license if you plan on fishing and bring your own gear) On the property you will find 2 kayaks 2 paddles and 2 adult size life vests, and 1 small inflatable boat and multiple floats, if you need more you will have to bring your own. This property also has a pond on the left side of the property where your little ones can sit and fish or just walk on the cold creek water(with adult supervision at all times) The property has direct private stairs to the river or if you are a fisherman with a boat the boat launch is just a quarter mile down the road. Please let the me know if you are coming in with children and what ages so I can best assist you. While the entire house has a double lock on every door for children safety please know that you are near 2 big bodies of water and that you are responsible for your children supervision and safety!!! My goal is that you feel at home while you are staying at the cottage and that you will come back every year!!!! and that you love it as much as me and my family do. (Do to heavy rain and wind several trees were cut down and we are in the process of cleaning all the debris, thank you for your understanding and be assured that this process in no way affects your stay
