Relax on the deck enjoying a glass of wine while the kids and pets run around on the secure, fully fenced lawn. Cook on the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the deck. There's three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with 3 single bunks. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and the other two bedrooms share the separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. After a short walk to the nearby beach for a swim, follow up with an ice cream from the famous yellow dairy, just a couple of minutes stroll from the house. Wash off in the custom-built outdoor shower area then sunbath on the lawn or deck. Wake up late to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and wander down to the Surf Shack cafe for coffee, brunch or one of their award winning burgers and a craft beer. Life really doesn't get any better on holiday! If you bring your boat, there is a coin operated ramp 5 minutes away at Bowentown, next to the boat club or launch off the Beach at Anzac Bay. This area is amazing as it has the waves and surf on the main Waihi beach but it also has the protected tidal harbour for fishing, water skiing, kayaking and wind surfing, or you can venture out across the bar for excellent fishing and diving out at sea. Enjoying a round of golf is possible in Waihi and Katikati.
