These are private guest rooms in a shared apartment – not an entire apartment. Two quiet, centrally located guest rooms in a multicultural setting – ideal for trade fair visits, events at the Lanxess Arena, or a relaxing trip to Cologne. The property is spread over two floors and includes two separate bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is shared. All extras, such as coffee, tea, and water, are included in the price. The space The apartment was extensively modernized a few years ago and offers a well-kept, cozy standard. The renovation of the facade and roof is planned. The apartment extends over the first and second floor (no elevator) and is connected by an open internal staircase. The fully equipped kitchen on the first floor can be used 24/7. Privacy: Guests use the upper area, which has two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Another room on the same floor is part of my private living area and is not available to guests. I travel frequently for business and pleasure and therefore will not always be on-site during the stay. Evenings: Additional free parking is available about 450 meters away (Gottfried-Hagen-Straße 24, 51105 Cologne).
