The space Downstairs comprises of open plan lounge, kitchen diner with downstairs cloakroom. The Living space has a two sofas, one of these being a double sofa bed. At the top of the stairs there is an open plan mezzanine double bedroom which includes a smart tv, this then leads through to a further double bedroom. There is a bathroom & cot room/play room off of the second double bedroom. Outside the property has its own stone driveway which can accommodate 3 cars. There is also an open cart lodge garage space which can accommodate 1 vehicle. The garden to the front of the house has a lawn area with patio, bbq & new 2023 hot tub. Round to the side/back of the property there is a further lawn & patio area with garden furniture.
