I offer my cozy space for rent when I go on vacation. This atypical and bright apartment will allow you to have a pleasant stay in Perpignan. It is located on a small, very quiet square in Perpignan, and the location is ideal. Indeed, it is located 1 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center. This is the perfect place to visit the Visa pour l'Image festival! The space This 70 square meter attic T2 is atypical, with its exposed beams and stone. It consists of a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room that accommodates many plants, a kitchen equipped to cook good little dishes. There is a separate toilet and a very cute bathroom with a bathtub! The shower is broken, so you'll have to shower in the bathtub. I remain available throughout your stay should you need any recommendations or anything :) Guest access You will have access to the entire place, which will be yours for the duration of your stay!
