The space Completed in 2023 in a minimalist style with larch cladding, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing "reading" window overlooking the garden and a spacious outdoor terrace with seating. The large garden is a quiet place and ends at the foot of a hill that offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape of the Vysočina region. The house is in a quiet settlement between several scattered buildings about one and a half kilometers from the center of the village of Pustá Rybná. Above us is a field, a hill and endless forests. Guest access Guests can occupy the entire house on two floors, while the ground floor is also accessible for people with reduced mobility. Free time can also be spent on your own terrace or in the large garden shared with us. There is a private fireplace and seating area and a freestanding Finnish sauna with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows. Other things to note In the fully equipped kitchen you will find enough dishes and utensils to cook comfortably for the entire crew. There is a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and french press for making coffee, toaster or hand mixer. There is also a wine shop and you can taste the beautiful wines of our friends, winemakers from South Moravia. In the bathrooms you will find branded soaps and shampoos as well as a hair dryer. A washing machine equipped with an ecological detergent can also be used. A summer retreat will be provided by a bench with a soothing view of the garden and the hill or a large terrace with garden furniture, a folding and tilting parasol and a barbecue, which we will be happy to lend you. We are still expanding the library and will be happy for tips on other poems :) For children we have toys and games, a large garden with a forest right on the property and a large sandpit, swings and a slide. The price of the stay is not included and we would like to ask you to pay for electricity according to the actual consumption (6.50 CZK/kWh). You can use a freestanding Finnish sauna with a wood stove, an outdoor shower and a small relaxation room. The price for a full evening private sauna is 1,490 CZK (one fee for all guests). Bed sheets and bathrobes are also included. Please book the sauna in advance.
