The apartment has two bedrooms (double and twin) an entrance with kitchen (very well equipped) and a living room with a sofa bed for two more guests and a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The space My accommodation is a living house, also frequented by me and my family, so it is full of all comforts. The apartment offers two bedrooms with 2 beds each (a double bed and two single sofa beds), cool in the warmer months and heated and equipped with extra blankets for the winter. The entrance with kitchen (very well equipped) and living room with sofa bed, has a workstation (with wi-fi) and a TV. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. The guest will have the entire accommodation, which offers a large patio with a private pool (to be maintained if necessary during the stay with small precautions) and a reserved parking (only one parking space) right in front of the entrance inside a condominium courtyard with automatic gate access. Isolated from the street and often ventilated on summer evenings. The entrance is independent on the ground floor within an apartment complex. For each stay, beds will be prepared with sheets and towels available. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but there is room for two more guests, who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Ideal for families and groups of friends. It has a crib and an additional baby camping cot and a high chair on request. The outdoor space allows quiet evenings with the family (including your four-legged friend), dinners with friends in a ventilated, fresh and intimate environment. Upon arrival, you will be given the information you need to feel truly at home with a friendly and helpful check-in. Guest registration will take place at check-in with the request for documents from all guests, including infants. Minors must be accompanied by their parents. The pool is private and accessible only to guests during the summer (from June to the end of September, weather permitting). Guests will find everything necessary for its maintenance, the material for its correct operation will be provided, and the necessary information on the management of chlorine will be given (tablets to be changed as soon as finished), use of the net for cleaning the surface and the robot for cleaning the bottom.
