Polendos Cabins

Our rural suites for couples offer all the amenities you need to forget the stress and monotony of everyday life. Other things to note Cabañas de Polendos is located on the Artesanía and Románico Segoviano routes, very close to the capital (16 km) and near Cantimpalos, in an area of mountains and rivers. The surrounding area features the Palacio del Marqués de Quintanar, the "Agejas" hermitage, the Polendos Valley, the Montes de Quintanar, and the Polendos River. In the village, it's worth noting the 12th-century church, representative of the Romanesque style of Pirón and recently restored, and two remarkable artisan centers, notable both for their workshops (wood, glass, silver, ceramics...) and for their traditional construction. The artisan center "Las Caravas" is an example of the restoration of popular architecture, where the old stables have been converted into artisan workshops that preserve traditional crafts along with innovative ones. Also noteworthy is the tranquility of the surroundings, with meadows, a centuries-old ash grove, and a stream bordered by multiple types of trees, ideal for contact with nature and for activities such as hiking, cycling, or horseback riding. The town is part of the Románico del Pirón Route and the Crafts Route, and has the restaurant "El Tuerto de Pirón," another bar, and a cocktail bar that has concerts at night on weekends.
